We're so glad you wanna party with us! We would love to host your event. Before you pay your deposit, please contact us with any questions or concerns!

Please read the following and check the box below stating you understand our private event policy.

In order to secure your date, you must submit the $50 deposit. Your date won't be held until you pay your deposit

As the host(ess), you are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 3 days prior to your event. After your deposit is paid, you will select the projects you'd like to have as options at your party. We will then create a private class just for you and send you a link that you can share with your guests so that they may register for the class. All guests must book online prior to the party. If you are booking your private event several weeks out, please know that we try to send you your link about 2-3 weeks ahead of your party. 
If you or your company is choosing to pay for your party we will set projects at $0 in your link. Once everyone has signed up a final invoice will be sent-the final invoice is due 3 days prior to the party. 

If you cancel or reschedule your party for any reason after the 2 weeks grace period prior to your party date, your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have our required minimum number of guests to register by the 3 days prior to scheduled event.. If you do not get your minimum number of guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (3 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded. Deposits for parties that have met their minimum will be refunded within 48 hours of your party date. (If you haven’t received an email with a refund notice within two days, please send us a message.)

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 3 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. In the event that a registered participant cannot make your class, we do not offer refunds. That guest has an option of either the participants at the party completing their project for them or having their project taken home as a kit.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
